I am going to go to the meeting on the 19th

I will try to write a message as soon afterwards as I have time. I haven't voted, really want to hear in person what they have to say. I am leaning towards the board's decision as I respect them and like where the assets all are, just want to listen before I make a final decision.

CEX is already operating DCK's assets, and CEX shareholders are getting a great deal. I have no idea why you are unsure.

I personally believe that CEX overpaid for DCK's assets. DCK was in trouble and CEX bailed them out at a premium in my opinion, and the opinion of the market. Once this news hit, and it was long before the crash of oil, the stock sold off significantly. As I said before, I respect this management team so I would love to hear their views firsthand. I hope their will be some interesting ...more

They were just coming out of a class action: https://www.classaction.ca/classaction-ca/master-page/actions/securities/current-actions/donnybrook-energy-inc-and-donnycreek-energy-inc.aspx And were also in need of cash. Ok, so I have answered two questions, please tell me why you think Contact shareholders got a "great" deal.

The lawsuit was a joke. And DCK was not in need of cash, as they have almost no debt. Where do you get your false "information"?
