Share price confusion..... DCK  to  KH . Does the plan of arrangement specify conversion price of DCK to KH  @$2.96 per share of DCK ??

The only conversion number you have to think about is that one DCK share converts to 8 CEX shares. The resulting number of KH doesn't matter.

 Correction . the inquiry is basically , how many DCK shares required for conversion to " 1 kicking Horse share " ? IF the ans. is 1.66 DCK for 1 KH share ...great !! Then how much in $ & cents  are 1.66 DCK shares valued & when & during what time frame ??

Kicking Horse will trade for 1.66 times whatever DCK traded at the day before conversion.

DCK is trading at $1.80 today so if it happened today it seems a 6 for 10 equates to : 10 x $1.80 = $18/6 = $3.00 but it doesn't open till Wednesday I think.
