Delphi Breaksdown
Another debt laden company's stock breaks down. Delphi sold off its Wapiti asset to pay down debt. The issue for Kicking Horse is that the company does not have noncore assets to sell. How are they going to pay down their debt. Cash flow? Unlikely in a declining comodity market
Will they finance? That means dilution for existing shareholders. Is there a market to raise? Good luck with that one.
