Take the opportunity to sell
When a financing happens, there will be some defense of the price until the closing of the financing. Take advantage of the opportunity to sell. It is illogical that the stock is up in a really bad market. Call your broker/adviser to give you advice. The window is open to fly out of this sinking ship.

When a company does a financing they want hold the price. Take advantage of the support. Call your broker/adviser. Quickly.
