A Fable for the Masses...
First as a respons to Tripple I think Valueinvest was more talking about righand (aka. Samsung) than you...
Anyways on to my short fable...
What if a company had an investor that was active in encouraging articles on a website that has been utilized by shorters to disseminate negative articles on companies. I am not the person or group.
I have a story, a scorpion wants to cross a river on the back of a horse. Horse says, I do not want to take you across because you will sting me and I will die. Scorpion says No I will not sting you because I will die as well. The horse agrees to take the scorpion across the river. Half way across the scorpion stings the horse. The horse begins to sink and just before being completely under the water, it turns and looks at the scorpion and asks, WHY? The scorpion responds it is what I do and there is another company I can climb onto.
Please look into who owns the stocks you are investing in. Sometimes it is good to have an investor and sometimes there is a serious risk. Do your due diligence on Kicking Horse.
