Canadian Gold Corp., formerly Satori Resources Inc., is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in expanding high-grade gold resource at the past producing Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project. The Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project is located approximately 12 kilometers (km) directly northeast of the town of Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada. The Project is approximately 2,670 hectares (ha) in area and consists of about 20 mineral claims. In addition, the Company owns exploration properties in Ontario and Quebec surrounding some of Canada's gold mines and development projects, specifically, the Canadian Malartic Mine (QC), the Hemlo Mine (ON), and Hammond Reef Project (ON).

first off I own shares.....I dont blame insiders for selling a few thousand shares after over a 500% gain...heck Id sell a few too....selling can be for a variety of reasons...ive seen socks where insiders have sold and the share price goes up plenty of times....can it be a red flag? sure it can...place your chips where u want...if this kinda selling puts fear in you then sell...Alta Corp im sure would be willing to take them..
