CHANNEL RESOURCES CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING
ChannelResources Ltd. has closed its non-brokered private placement of 9.15million units at a price of 17 cents per unit for gross proceeds of$1,555,500. Each unit comprises one common share of the company andone-half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisablefor one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of21 cents within the first 12 months and 25 cents within the second 12months, after which they will expire.
The securities issuedpursuant to this private placement are subject to a statutory resalerestriction period of four months, which expires on Feb. 9, 2011.
