Reason for selling
Most investors in this stock are small Canadian retail who got sucked in by their brokers, me included. (Probably should sue those *****s one of these days)
Anyways, I doubt many want to hold shares in an Australian-listed stock, so will sell out at almost any price. Thus the selling pressure.
But I will make my dumbass broker hold the shares, and they can figure out how to sell them in the future, and for full value.
Why give money away??

If you just took a couple minutes to do some DD you would have found out that the WAF shares will be listed on the Venture upon completion of the transaction.
