i think the press release was to give them bids to sell into and we will find out later the bad news.)

i made this comment yesterday and it demostrates what a circus the venture x is.

it was an odd PR saying tests showed 3900bod, why make a pr in the middle of testing when you cant say for sure what the end results will be?

so you can give insiders the ability to sell into sucker bids at 16cents by retailers and then by into the financing lower and with warrants.
