Most of your questions are simply answered by 'partnership".
They would not reply back to you stating the high posibility of kly partnering up with xyz firm/company. It is confiential info. The raised funds in the spring? it will be used to finance phase 3 if we have to go thru, theres also chances we could skip that phase. They might still have the cash raised..the question on how much is left is uncertain, but again, parternership will aliviate all those concerned matters.

The question on the reverse split you got the answer yourself. if voted yes it will happen when the timing is appropiate, i would not be surprised if we get halted until we get licensing /partnership news then s.p goes up great amount then a reverse split might occur.
