Kaly is onto something and Sazman has three patents about Nitric Oxide 

US and International Patent https://www.uspto.gov Once on the page, go to Searching Full Text Patents since 1976 Click on search by Patent number There are three patents by Andrew Salzman and they were applied for by Radikal Therapeutics Inc. which is wholly owned by the Salzman Group
The first patent is the one with the most detail and if you scroll down through it, the examples are all for the pro-drug R-107 which physiologically converts in your body. To R-100
