Claritas Pharmaceuticals Inc V.CLAS.H

Alternate Symbol(s):  CLAZF

Claritas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly Kalytera Therapeutics Inc, is a biotechnology company that is focused on developing R-107 for the treatment of vaccine-resistant coronavirus disease (COVID) strains. The Company’s products in development include R-107 for coronavirus disease and Viral Infections, R-107 and Vaccines, and CLA-1816 for treatment of pain. R-107 is designed to defeat COVID viruses on contact. R-107 targets the Achilles heel of COVID, the spike protein on the surface of the virus. R-107 releases nitric oxide, which attaches to a specific amino acid on the spike protein, thereby disabling the spike protein. The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

RE:RE:RE:RE:U.S trading

RE:RE:RE:RE:U.S tradingI live in the U.S., so here's my take:

1.) I follow the tape closely and am convinced those small quantity SELLs are Penny.  Nobody needs $10-20 for a big mac and fries - they are for dropping the price.  Period !
2.) I and others continue to buy those dips (Got more last week / haven't checked this week ) and hence IT's Frustration.
3.) IF the intent is to drive the price down in the U.S. and to then use selling to cover those positions, it is NOT working !  (ie  No one here is unloading any shares at all when that happens..  We just buy the dips.)

In the U.S. ,  there is normal buying, and shorting - nothing else.  (NO INVESTORS are selling their shares here !)  We have days where 95% of the volume is shorted, but then.  . . it gradually goes back up again on new buy orders.

Not sure what IT accomplishes by repeating the process every month, but . . the dips help me lower my cost average while we all wait for news.
