CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

It's disappointing to be sure that the GVHD program didn't work out well but the company ran a proper trial - and the whole cannabinoid Pharma industry fell far short of the initial enthusiasm. It doesn't mean that the company is crooked. The management team has now licensed in what appears to be a breakthrough technology targeting the most important medical crisis in the past one hundred years. The share price may soon reflect this and soar. It is impossible to know of course but it's not out of the question. Your disappointment and cynicism are understandable but may be clouding an objective fair-minded appraisal. Things are looking to me very exciting for potential share value.
