Different organizations, and now also Nox Law Corp. know what is playing behind the scenes and accept (in part) shares for payment.

When TSXV is approving the financing by Obsidian phase I can start and the train called CLAS will start moving faster and faster.

Obsidian, I heard, is doing everything to get this funding through. Why would a big firm like Obsidian make such an effort to seal the deal? In my opinion, only if they know what is playing behind the scenes. And what they have seen is worth it! GLTA!!
