whisky11;I'm not pis, I,ve invested for the product. R-107is great, I love the science behind it and opportunity to make fortune with a small investment.
I think phase 1 started. That would be a reason why they diverted money from Financial Report to phase 1.
They didn't have money to proceed with two of them, so they choose to delay less important/damaging one to the company as whole.
