KLY "B" Warrants??

What will happen to B Warrants if there is a reverse split or a buyout? Thanks in advance GLTA

My understanding is an adjustement would be made. For instance, if you had a warrant to purchase 3500 shares in a company at 1 dollar  per share, after a reverse split of 1 for 100 , a warrant could purchase 35 shares for 100 dollars. Someone correct me if my math is wrong?

If there is a reverse split, your warrants will be split at the same ratio as common shares.  In the event of a buyout, shareholders are usually given a prescribed period of time to exercise same. So the exercising becomes accelerated. That's my understanding.
