How does a company that is near bankruptcy, has no cash flow at all, and only one drug with flimsy science from a miniscule study of 12 people buy a company the size of Salzman Group? It doesn't. Your getting scammed again. They just tried to do this with Stero Therapeutics and regulations nixed the proposal. This won't be different. Rookie investors never learn.
