Remember- everything science related has been stellar with kaly. We knew all about the financial situation long before this halt. Let the science take its course, the stars will align.

In my opinion, Company deliberalty did not file the tax, as they were expecting to take over SALZMAN. Filing tax and taking over Salzman is the cause of  this halt.  I feel, If this taking over process happens, then there must be RS of 20:1. In my view, before this RS, company should increase the SP upto 10 cents and then do RS to take it to $1. If they do RS first then it will be hard

I kinda wish it was Salzman Taking over Kaly. The Management team in Kaly are terrible.

You are right, however unfortunate part is, all wishes does not come true.  KLY has long  history, and Salzman is a private company.  KLY will takeover and this is the reason of RS. I dont know, my intention is my investment.  looking forward to have something good for all of us

You and me both I currently only hold 109,000 Shares at 0.025 so every half percentage it rises I make $550.00 I am happy with that. I'm still out of work or I would have bought more and average down even more. Be nice if the Halt comes off tonight.

This is whats happening. Why would a succesful private company let a Kal take over. This is an efficient and cheap way for Salzman to go public. The deal is Salzman helping Kaly, with mutual beneficial merger.
