Halted for the next three months

A financial audit can take three months or more. You guys are going to be waiting a long time just to find out they are bankrupt and shutting the doors for good. GLTA

Audit should only take 4-6 weeks, after they raise the needed capital. Kaly could have filed for an exemption due to covid which would have prevented the halt. They didn't because Robert Farrell is an idiot.
