Starting to think its more then a Financial Issue
This has been Halted now for 2 weeks and a day and they said they are working on getting their financials out, Starting to think its more then that. They better not finalize everything without our vote

Kalytera is flat broke and in default to Talent for the GVHD program. They are also most likely being audited and it wouldn't surprise me if they are being investigated for fraud. I hope they are and they stick Robert Farrell and the rest of the board in prison.

Hard to imagine why the financials are taking so long. Ask Robert to empty his pockets onto the desk, count the change,and you have it. Don't forget not to include the piece of gum and the Pizza Hut discount coupon in the summary as they have no cash value.
