Wait and see if financing even goes through. I assume they'll try a bought deal with Mackie. Key word being try. They'll have to consolidate first and shareholders will have no choice but to approve, probably 20:1. Can't wait to short this garbage.

If anyone is actually interested in a Covid prophylaxis - look at something like Qualigen, Moleculin, or one of the MANY other companies that have products in development, capable management, capital, tight capital structures, and trade on a respectable exchange.
