Since he has missed so many times he probably does not want to announce another drill program and then return with negative lab results to report.... especially with stock at 3 cents. If he hits then he will post the news. IF he misses.... again then there is nothing to report. He just continues to keep shareholders in the dark because of his incompetence and insecurities.
