Closing at or near the high?

Closing at or near the high?The  your high that is. Made me have to look back in the two-year range and see the high there was .085. However, I always check the five your chart and also check out the news releases that caused any big moves. The last one was August 2010 where this ran from .13 to .47 in a few months. The news on that location was no near the news we have just received.
this looks like it may be a keeper since the long five-year downtrend broke the end of 2014 and we've had a flat consolidation at the bottom until this recent news.
Worth a hold in my opinion.
