Alternate Symbol(s):  V.CMC.WT | CWSFF

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

Question from investor presentation

Question from investor presentation This is from page 22 of Cielo's investor presentation and I find it really unclear: "Exclusive license - Cielo holds an exclusive global license from a related party with ability to purchase license back by Cielo" I am curious what that is saying... 1. what license and what is it for? Why is it global? 2. It seems some related party owns the license and Cielo "holds" it... what does that mean? 3. If a related party owns the license then maybe they won't let Cielo "buy it back" once everything is up and running. 4. I don't get what this license is but if it's the actual license to using the technology then that license is worth way more than any of the plants cielo's jv partner is building. So if Cielo doesn't actually own it then this is not good... Do any of the current Cielo management/executives own this related party that may own this license I'm question? Does anyone know the answers to these questions? To me this is an risky element. This bullet point from the presentation is very unclear...
