Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

RE:RE:Cielo's Progress Updated April 18Hey Bucketshop,

I've never seen management actually increase their share position during a large initial run of their stock price.  For example, during the potash, rare earth, lithium manias virtually all of the companies management dumped millions of shares and reduced their overall positions by 50 to 90%.  They would receive options, warrants and then sell these as well.

This isn't the case with the Cielo management, the CEO, COO are actually increasing their stock position during the last year.  Some directors are buying, some are selling.  This doesn't concern me since directors are generally compensated by stock.

Are Cielo management receiving shares for cheap, that is for sure but they are holding onto most of them.  Nothing odd about management receiving shares for cheap in the small, mid-, large- or mega-cap worlds.

Also, see below.

GLTA,

Sam

"[@Kimay I asked Don about his selling a few days ago when that SEDI report came out and he basically said this 'I am buying my stock options, warrants and also exercising my conv debts. There are tax implications and purchases that I need to pay for, so I am selling stock to gain a much larger shareholder position.'"
