RE:RE:Keeping the lid down!Hey can you pls explain how this adding to the ask influences/manipulates the stock? Are these the market makers taking advantage of small retail investors? I have been hearing that professionals never touch penny stocks as they are pump and dumps. I also wonder if Cielo will release good news as the warrants are exercised to provide good volume so the newly issued stock can be sold on bigger volume. Otherwise all those newly issued stocks hitting the sell side ( I presume as those guys exercised for pennies) will drive the price down for a while. I am long Cielo just wondering how much gaming is going on...
