Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. RE:Help me out with the deb issue

RE:Help me out with the deb issueSo by my math the buyers paid $1.02 for the shares, never collected any interest, and the company only banked 85%, so $.86 per share. If they just sold straight up stock in a private placement, at 91, and paid 6% commish on the 91 the company would bank about the same $0.86. So the trusting existing shareholders paid 1.02 just so FCF could skim a cool mill off the top? I see from google FCF has strong links to truckers so I guess that makes sense? Is Tony and his crew going to show up at the office? I don't get it. And wtf is that Jesus crematorium guy talking about? Hey weirdo, they must be running out of sticks in India by now, pitch your disturbing idea there.
