RE:RE:InsidersFrom Lionel: Part of our uplisting requirements is to clear off remaining CD’s, options, RSU’s, etc, so while I can’t speak exactly for Don I do know as an insider myself that whenever we have those items in our portfolio we have to pay a lot of taxes on those up front, compared to regular investors being able to push that tax burden into the next tax return period. Don has increased his share holdings at every opportunity and remains one of the largest shareholders of the company.
