Great point! The Pizza guy or Coffee truck guy might ask.......Why would any insider sell with the amazing news thats coming up??  If you believe in Boob Mcwhirter and Penny Clown,he just left $32 or so million on the table. The tax argument is weak, he sold in June,the tax on that transaction would be due next year. No disrespect,but i take pride in delivering Pizza!!
