RE:LOW VOLUME SUGGEST

RE:LOW VOLUME SUGGESTThere will be several callers to bob next week on cielo. Whoever gets through, I'd love to hear bob comment on the "Nicky the nose" loan shark financing terms. Both pieces. The $4million convertible with the outrageous $600,000 in "fees" off the top. The vig was 15% on that one. PLUS the fully collateralized (no risk) $12 million mortgage 6% with a ONE year term that came with THREE year warrants. $12 million dollar one year mortgage at 6% comes with 12 million warrants? WOW! Makes me wonder what Nicky the nose has on Bob.
