Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

Yes shorters did affect the price of the shares.  However, insiders did not help matters.  In the last three months insiders have been net seller of CMC:

105,000 shares purchased by insiders

2,057,345 shares sold by insiders
