Read the short attack report. Got email from cielo. Obviously the insinuations in the report are serious. The only resolution to this will be a lawsuit against the authors. I personally as a shareholder want the authors of this report to be held accountable for there actions. This is not funny stockhouse posting anymore. Serious allegations. I want consequences as a cielo shareholder for the authors of this smear campaign. About as bad as I have ever seen in all my years of investing. Glta.

Sounds like they have done quite a lot of research on supposed agreements with the JVs. Raises a ton of questions. I cant say the fuel sale is not suspicious having no one listed. And for whoever was saying McWhirters numbers were off, you may just be right now, especially on valuation. I agree and well said. Cielo has been at it for a long time and on the doorstep at least a couple times previously and things didn't materialize. These circumstances are bound to create more skepticism and questions. If things are all above board the answers should strengthen the resolve of both management and shareholders. If the tech is all in order we should know later this month.  The

This should be very simple and to the benefit of Cielo if everything is above board . They need to put out a statement refuting all claims or clarifying anything that may be unclear . Once they do all confidence will be restored . It doesn't matter if it was a low life in a low life organization that made these claims . It should be easily refuted and we all move on .

Actually it would be a great use of company time . Each allegation can be easily addressed and it would give us investors peace of mind . I for one have put a lot of money into this and would like these concerns addressed whether they're BS or not . Some of us may have had these same concerns prior to the article being published . It should take Don and one other employee no more than 2 hours

It anyone on this board has built up a good rapport with IR, then perhaps you can get them to release a response to refute the specific allegations in the short report.  I am not particularly concerned given the source of the short report, but there may be others on here that are and a specific response to the allegations may be what is needed to allay those concerns and discourage further

This is a naive post. You’re allowed to publish an opinion about  publicly traded company, even if you’re implying fraud. Read on the Ackman v Herbalife discourse if you want an example. This isn’t something you can sue over, nor should you. If management is concerned, then it’s in their court to clarify any misconceptions.
