Alternate Symbol(s):  CWSFF | V.CMC.WT

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

RE:RE:Lawsuit coming

I agree and well said. Cielo has been at it for a long time and on the doorstep at least a couple times previously and things didn't materialize. These circumstances are bound to create more skepticism and questions. If things are all above board the answers should strengthen the resolve of both management and shareholders. If the tech is all in order we should know later this month.  The report had surprisingly little affect on the SP and if Don can deliver the tech and continuous production in June, all will be forgotten. If they run into hiccups and delays that's gonna spook shareholders, including myself, because they've been there before.

re Mcwhirter, maybe he researched the past several years and saw the same swings based on the promises and tech, and figured he will ride that initial pop and then keep a close eye on Dons ability to deliver. I doubt he's been to Aldesyde so he's taking managements word.

Been doing a lot of Dd on the tech, I would like to better understand the share structure, dilution, etc.
