INVESTOR ACQUIRES SHARES OF CAPELLA MINERALS LIMITED
Fruchtexpress Grabher GmbH & Co. KG has filed an early warning report that advises that it has obtained ownership or control of 14 million common shares of Capella Minerals Ltd. through a purchase on the TSX Venture Exchange. This represents 10.18 per cent of Capella's issued and outstanding common shares as at Jan. 7, 2021. The shares were acquired for investment purposes only. This investment may be increased or decreased as circumstances warrant. A report respecting this acquisition will be electronically filed with the B.C. Securities Commission and will be available for viewing through the Internet on SEDAR.
