CLIFFMONT ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 24, 2011 – Cliffmont Resources Ltd. (the "Company") -

TSXV: CMO Mr. Jeff Tindale, President and CEO, announces that at the annual general meeting of

shareholders of the Company held on March 24, 2011, Messrs. Jeff Tindale, Nick DeMare and Bruce Fair

were elected as directors. In addition, all items put forth at the meeting were approved by the

shareholders, including an ordinary resolution to ratify and approve the stock option plan.

At a directors’ meeting held subsequent to the shareholders’ meeting, the directors appointed Mr. Jeff

Tindale as the President and CEO, Mr. Darren Tindale as CFO and Mr. Harvey Lim as Corporate

Secretary of the Company.

Further to the Company’s news release dated December 15, 2010, commenting on an exclusivity

agreement on a prospective precious and base metals project located in Colombia, the Company is

nearing completion of its technical and legal due diligence on the property and management expects a

decision will be made shortly whether to proceed further.
