From Tim McNulty (AgraFlora IR):

"As you know our wholly owned subsidiary AAA Heidelberg received its cultivation license in October 2018. The LP provides for two locations and the Delta Greenhouse Complex will be our second location. The conversion project has been split into three phases, the first phase to include 250,000 square feet of growing space. The first phase will be complete by the end of June and when it is complete, we will prepare a submission to Health Canada including a video that show how the facility is meeting and exceeding current regulations for medical cannabis cultivation.

We are mitigating risks associated with the licensing by working with industry experts like David Hyde and Cannabis Compliance Inc.

The application process is driven by Health Canada, and adding a second location to an existing license tends to be much quicker than the application to become an LP. We hope to be planting sometime this summer, but it will be up to Health Canada on the timing.

We will keep you appraised on the progress through future news releases."
