I'm Open to a good reason to buy.

Technically speaking...
New Low today on high volume.
Lower lows and lower highs.
Sell volume is spiking all month with today being the worst since April.
Doesn't look good technically.
Channel targets bottom at .08c

Its called immense potential. Now you answer a question for me. Why did WEED run up to $76. let me answer for you potential. Once HC stops diking around and grants AGRA their licence its a whole new ball game. Wait for it!

480, this is my take...when I combed through the financials I noticed $105 million total for goodwill and intangible assets out of a total $163MM which is alot by normal standards.
If I remove those items the NAV is .06c/share, including them and being somewhat suspect as per usual it's .16c/share.

SO I'll take the middle ground and value the company @ 11c/share and trading at .13c.
I know of lots of companies trading discounted 50% of NAV with good financials and operating grow rooms.

I would be a Buyer and hold @ .11c and lower.
