RE:RE:All Eyes on Monday

RE:RE:All Eyes on Monday There is always someone who tries to comment via innuendo's such as:

"You guys realize Brandon Boddy Peter Nyugen and Jerry Habuda are the Directors of Sanna?"

Every corporate Director can issue shares in lieu of salary. Often people who form a company, or take over a company are awarded shares and then present a continuance of that share issuance to the shareholders of that company at the next AGM. Those shares are called "Director's Shares." If these boneheads who think anyone who manages or is a Director of any company simply sits back and takes shares and does nothing, then they should take off those rose-colored galsses and step up into the world of corporate governance and see how many hours Directors put in to put value on shares they, and boneheads, actually own??

If there are no shareholders in a newly-formed company, then they are entitled to take "Founder's Shares."

After all, those who form a company or take over another, also take all the risk along with it. If they are taking over a company and absorbing it into an existing corporate structure - as in under an existing corporate umbrella - then they file the necessary documents with the regulatory agencies and all is either approved or it is tossed.

But there alway those uninformed people who rely on their little or no knowledge to guide them to make comments on things they know little or nothing about in order to give others the impression they speak from experience!!!
