RE:RE:RE:RE:All Eyes on Monday My head is not even close to being hidden in the sand - yours however, is clearly hidden far up that canyon in which we all know, there just aint no sunshine.

Your right - I clearly do not care that the managers (Directors) of Agra have taken shares in Agra. In fact, they have demonstrated they are able to purchase shares - which they have publicly done, whereas we don't know if you are even a shareholder??

I also do not care if Brandon B. and the others has been awarded shares in Agra, or how many - they are earning every darn one of them as they have certainly taken a hands-on approach to building the foundational infrastructure for this company which will provide the building blocks for success, maybe not this year, but most definitely in the next few years.

What have you done to advance Agra's potential??? Nothing of course as you are far too busy denegrating Agra to even own a single share in it. But then, if you do own shares, which part of the many news releases, acquisitions, licensing, permiting and alliances have you not been made aware of? People like you can only maligne, spew innuendo, attempt to create misgivings and basically all I ever read from your posts is that you need to get out of that basement you live in and take a good look at what Agra has accomplished and frankly, I'll say it again - if the Directors of this company wish to be awarded shares over and above those they have purchased, I'm ok with that, because they earn them with every late night, with evey meeting held to advance our company and every long-drawn out negotiation held to bring the best possible deals to our table - The same table you dump on every chance you get.

As a Director of a mining company, I was awarded shares and received a modest salary, I also purchased shares and I worked my butt off 18+ hours a day 24/7 to ensure the shareholders got good return value for their investments and unless you have held a position other than drooling onto your shirt, I would suggest you step up and get educated in what running an international corporation is all about as you clearly have no clue.
