cheap financing for the insiders . From what I am hearing thru a not so good grapevine driling to start in May . So , they are not giving updates to keep the share price down . 
Thank goodness V.PERU keeps on hitting so the big sheque should be coming at years end .

I agree....plus Lyle wont want to have to conduct business at higher share values until all the approvals are in place.  It is painfully slow but I have always liked the management team for its accountability to sharegolders....er shareholders! Brian
