They sound competent to me...

Some are complaining about the lack of progress, and competency of Lyle, et al. Sounds to me like they are doing a difficult job as best they can. I don't profess any knowledge of Peruvian civil matters. But sounds to me there 'was no community' to sign a "community agreement". So Condor is probably helping the locals to set one up. I'm sure thats a long process to accomplish. Especially with Covid issues raging in Peru.
The comments I am seeing from posters here sound very specific and informed. So I have more than doubled my position in Condor the last month or so. Going to buy more if it continues to get cheaper.
Consider the risk to the downside and upside from here. Downside is they don't drill Pucamayo anytime soon. They are low on cash too. So we wait until Chakana pays over $4 miilion on the option in April. Based on news from Chakana, I don't see them walking away from that. So Condor drills one of their other potential world class deposits instead. Maybe another year for permits? The stock price won't stay at a market cap under $20 Million on any announcement of drilling progress. I don't see a loss here. It is a matter of when not if we make some money. Sure, there is opportunity cost. But if you try to step out you'll get left on a triple overnight on a news release of an agreement. Good luck on your step-out. The upside here is stupid high to be taking the risk you can only buy half or a third of the stock you'd have if you were patient.
Now look at the potential upside....Pucamayo gets drilled, and there's 3-5 million ounces. Sells for a $Billion USD or more. A $1 Billion USD market cap is an $8 dollar stock. A 65 bagger from here. Could be 10 miilion ounces or more. And then there are 3-4 more world class deposits on top of Pucamayo. I think Condor is a 100 bagger and more. How often do you see something that  has such minimal risk and such incredible upside? When, not if.

Good points.  Condor is not a one trick pony..  I've been patient for a long time.  I think we'll be fine and I'm slowly adding as the share price moves lower..
