It can be done Goatburner but it will take longer. They will have access to the capital even if they go it alone. I'm not worried about that. However if they bring in a partner, we will have to give up some ownership but it will probably advance much quicker. And Mark Selby as we've seen so far is about speeding up the project. That's why I've stated in the past he's prepping for a sale. Maybe not a full sale but a partnership very soon.
