Takeaways from the webinar

Takeaways from the webinar
To begin, as far as I'm concerned, although definitely not a deal breaker here but definitely an expensive setback, the MOU discussions it looks like have fallen apart. Mark used to talk about being "in discussions", now he says they have the added benefit "if they need to", to repurpose one of the lines for the pilot project before they actually raise the BILLION required. The difference in capital was about 100 million to start with kidd Creek or a billion without. The billion would have to be spent regardless, but now it may be upfront. And it may not be that Glencore doesn't want but rather CNC doesn't want. This is interesting. It looks like maybe Mark is swaying in a different direction. Not sure why. I believe IMO that they may be in talks with another major. Not Glencore. And the other Major doesn't want Glencore in the picture? Kidd Creek would be used as a last resort. The other Major may be in very early discussions and may be contemplating, investing money into CNC to get this into full production, ASAP. Best guess it's BHP. Since they announced they would sell their oil and gas operations and want to expand their low grade ultramific operations by 40%, according to Mark... Next, people have to stop comparing Dumont to CNC and why hasn't it sold yet. Yes Mark compares them as similar (more for the grade) but they're not the same in comparing district scale potential. I've mentioned this before. Mark states here that Dumont was a "single deposit without any ultramifics of any scale nearby". Crawford has the surrounding properties that Mark and hopefully all of us here believe have value... As far as being low carbon, it sounds like the EU is going to be taxing imports based on their carbon footprint by mid decade. Assuming we can keep it low, that should give us a premium valuation as endzone has mentioned here in the past... Lastly I would say as frustrated as I am with the share price, the thing that comforts me the most that Mark also stated, is the insider ownership of the company. Like he says they're either crazy or they believe something of value is there... Have a great night and let's hope we see green on the screen tomorrow for crying out loud.
