Is this math correct?

Is this math correct?
They have added 19% in recovery. MS has stated that each percentage point adds 92M to the NAV. Does that mean that the NAV is now just under 3 Billion?

Also, MS has stated that assays will prove that Crawford is 50-100% bigger. Would this put the NAV at 4.5 Billion?

All of this is in USD, so assuming 100M O/S; 4.5B works out to a share price of $45. Then we can start to factor in the other properties .....

I just want to check if my math is correct here, or if I am being too optimistic here.

Mark has stated often that he is hoping for 4-5% increase in recoverables for the FS - but he has demonstrated a 19% increase.
