I think it will depend on who the partner is. Options I can THINK of are:

1) Great partner (Mining major/EV company): we should see a bump - it would validate the project that the major players are in on the Ultramafic low grade story. It will also enhance all future drilling news giving it Credibility. I will include a really well known financial company like Black Rock here; or an intermediate mining company.

2) Good Partner: A financial partner (not as well known) but with really good financial conditions. Such as buying at a higher price. Slight bump to return to mid/high 3's.

3) Bad partner: Would be surprised to see this. But bad financial terms or a deal with a very unknown financial company. A drop; but if they release drill results doubling Crawford who knows.

4) No partner: A drop
