I'm pretty sure he did. So that means $2B for a mill, financed by who? What is confusing me right now is all this talk about other properties and other drill holes. I was led to believe that Crawford could start production tomorrow based on their PEA when a partner is found..
But my bet is that a partner would only be interested in funding more exploration and not breaking ground and building mills and such. That tells me we are years away from making a 500% profit on our investments as others would have us believe.
