RE; Canada Nickel Announces Upsize of Bought Deal

RE; Canada Nickel Announces Upsize of Bought Deal A very smart guy on CEO made some sound assesments on the deal worth noting if you missed them. Leaving a huge amount of open market demand is key for future news events.

@Valor They are financed until well into 2023 now - post feasibility. Next round of capital will be Offtake, non-dilutive, likely from an automotive company. Or they get taken out by a major. This is possibly the last hurrah to get a large core position at a good price. The deal will be well oversubscribed.

@Valor When you run a bought deal you don’t know what demand is fully until it hits the street. Then everyone puts their hand up asking for however much they want. If demand is very high, you can upsize and take more. Demand here was way more than 45m. He likely left another 30+ for open market demand.

@Valor Given the extent of the raise, and the fact that we are still trading at a premium to it, this isn't a bad outcome. As a new investor I'd have complete certainty that there will be no addition dilution for over a year now. That is a lot of time for the Base Metal bull thesis to strengthen, and for this project to be fully validated. I wager we see strong buying going forward.
