It seems just like everything else, there will be a shortage of EV batteries by 2024/25 followed by a lack of raw materials by 2027/28 according to this article. I suspect rather than creating economies of scale to bring down the price of batteries we'll get a surge in battery costs and cost to Electric vehicles. This will inevitably slow down the adoption of EVs but should speed things up with getting a deal done for CNC.
