the 1 million dollars the company spends on promotion may be spent here I suspect. Otherwise you have to be an utter fool to blame performance of this stock to the market. There are stocks that are up or many that are no where down as much as this turkey.
We are bassically a steal. If one of the strategic partners was interested they would be buying on the exchange while waiting for a deal to materialize. Warren Buffett always buys shares right before the takeover.
