RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VW signs MOU for Canada Battery PlantMy point is that the company is glomming onto the EV narrative but literally none of the work they've done do far relates to the production of battery chemicals.
Tacking verbiage on to a stainless PEA that maybe batteries could be a thing or including intentions to supply the EV chain in the BFS as part of a corporate presentation is just marketing talk, until they actually do some work and make some press releases quantifying the economics of testwork demonstrating viability, at which point it becomes more real.
Maybe the BFS will come out this month showing the leanest and greenest operation around, having done a bunch of conclusive work demonstrating how superbly they can fabricate nickel sulfate, for some reason without have made any technical news releases along the way.
Or maybe January will roll around, they'll extend the loan with Aurament (cash is very low), drop a BFS in February or March that's once again focused on stainless steel, and Selby will continue to talk about the Korean battery market and how he needs a bigger table with more chairs and fears that snipers will take him out because of how awesome his project is.

I won't quibble over footnotes definition either, but if you look at the PEA the whole thing is sub points of sub sections...lol..It's a report, a technical report. So my take away is that you agree that CNC could supply the ev battery supply chain. Great check , it's just a matter of how economical. Which you don't know...ok well good arguing with you. You're original post chiding me about how it's sexy to talk ev batteries post makes so much sense now.
